Panel Layout & Staging
Lumber and engineered wood products are fed into CNC machines that cut every stud, header, and plate to exact specification. Zero waste, zero guesswork. Components are staged on roller tables ready for the next station.

Robotic Framing

Sheathing & Weather Barrier
Human-robot collaboration (cobot) teams apply structural OSB sheathing, house wrap, and flashing. The cobot handles the heavy lifting and positioning while skilled human workers ensure perfect seams, taping, and quality at every joint.

MEP Rough-In
Electrical conduit, plumbing rough-in, and HVAC ductwork are pre-installed directly into the panels before they leave the factory. This eliminates the most time-consuming and error-prone phase of on-site construction.

QC Inspection & Load-Out
Every completed panel passes through an AI-powered inspection station. Computer vision checks dimensions, fastener patterns, and system installations against the digital model. Approved panels are labeled, wrapped, and staged for delivery.

FACTORY TO

The complete journey from your first conversation to move-in day.
Your home model is selected and engineered into a full BIM (Building Information Model). Every panel, connection, and system is resolved digitally before a single board is cut.
All wall and roof panels for your complete home structure are fabricated in a single factory day across our 5-station AI robotic assembly line.
Panels are loaded in assembly sequence onto flatbed trucks and delivered directly to your job site. Everything arrives labeled and ready to lift.
Concrete foundation is poured with embedded plumbing sleeves and anchor bolts per the engineered plan. Site is graded and ready for panel erection.
Wall panels are craned into position and fastened to the foundation and each other. Roof panels follow. The structural shell of your home is complete.
For turnkey builds: interior finishes, fixtures, appliances, and final systems connections are completed. Inspection, walkthrough, and keys.
